Retired Army Col. Thomas B. Vaughn was recently elected to the Board of Directors. "We are honored to have Thomas join our Fundraising Team. He is a proven leader with a reputation for excellence,"stated Board President Andrea Lawrence. Vaughn will spearhead fundraising efforts in Warren, DeKalb, White, Van Buren, Grundy and Coffee counties.
